Whenever I’m in Europe, I make it a point to stop by one of my favorite stores, & other Stories. Though it shares the same parent company as H&M, their quality is better and I prefer their clean, urban aesthetic as opposed to the more trendy designs found at its sister’s store.
Designer Clare Vivier recently did a handbag collaboration with & other Stories, so while I was in Amsterdam I picked up this white perforated bucket bag. I normally shy away from white, as I am too careless to keep things clean for long, but a bucket bag had long been on my list. Since I didn’t want to shell out $400 for a Mansur Gavriel, this seemed like a worthy alternative. I love its buttery soft leather and how surprisingly roomy it is.
I forsee its future as my go-to weekend bag. Until I spill ketchup on it, of course.
What do you think of bucket bags? Is it a classic piece or something you would only sport on occasion?

Oddly enough mine is off white… but the style is such that I use it at weddings… I think maybe I’m a bit more careful with mine at a weddings.
